I am unable to view attachments

If you are unable to view attachments, you want to check the following:

  • Ensure you have the relavant application installed to view the documents/photos etc (i.e. for PDF documents you want to check you have something like Adobe Reader installed, or for .DOC documents you want something like Microsoft Word installed etc).
  • Go to settings on the device apps/application manager find 'Drive' open it tap on 'open by default' clear defaults. Try and open the attachment again
