If you are experiencing a crash with the MyMobileWorkers app there are some diagnostics that you can carry out as follows:
- Is the MMW app up to date? Head to the Play Store, search for MyMobileWorkers and see if it has an update available - update the app and try it again
- Do you have multiple apps open in the background? You can check this by using the recent apps key (most commonly with devices it is either a square button or 3 lines at the bottom of your screen - swipe them off the screen to close them.
- Try restarting your phone/tablet
