If you are facing difficulty in loading your jobs list, please run through the following checks:

- Do you have an internet connection? (if on mobile data, check for 5G/4G/3G/H+/H/E next to your signal bars)
- Is the MyMobileWorkers app up to date? You can check this by going to the Play Store and searching for MyMobileWorkers and seeing if there is an update there
- Do you have jobs assigned to your exact user in the MMW portal?
- Are the jobs in a NEW or VIEWED status in the MMW portal? Any other status will not show on the app
- Are the jobs booked on the correct dates? (i.e. could they be in the future?)
- Check that Android System Webview is up to date in the Play Store
