If you are facing issues logging into the MyMobileWorkers application, here are some troubleshooting tips for you to run through:
- If you are logging in for the first time, ensure that you are using the correct company ID if you are being asked for it. Anyone using the portal in the office will be able to tell you the company ID from the top of the screen when logged in to the portal
- Ensure you're using the correct username as it is entered on the mobile users section of the portal, ensuring it is exactly the same (this is not case sensitive)
- Ensure you're using the correct password as set up on the MMW portal on the mobile user page
- Ensure you have an internet connection whether that be over WiFi or Mobile Data (if on mobile data you want to check that it is presenting 5G/4G/3G/H+/H/E next to your signal bars). You can also check if you have an internet connection by opening your internet browser and going to a website to see if it loads
