If you need to email an invoice to a customer, colleague or anyone else, follow these steps:
- In the web portal, select ‘Jobs’ from the list along the top
- Find the job associated to the invoice you want to email (the ‘Filters’ may help with this) and click on it
- If there is an invoice created for this job, it will appear on the invoices tab below the job details, click here
- Find the invoice you want to email
- Click ‘Options’ on the right and press ‘Email’
- Fill out the details and press ‘Email’ to send to the relevant parties
