What is the difference between jobs and routes?

There are 2 ways you can assign your jobs when creating them:

1. Assigning to a mobile user

If you assign to a mobile user, as soon as they login and go to their task list, they will be presented with their job run.

2. Assigning to a route

If you assign a job to a route, the mobile user will need to:

1. Log in on the device
2. Go to 'Routes'  
3. Select the relevant route code

The routes option is used for companies who are unsure what mobile user will be doing a specific route. The mobile users can select whatever route they should be doing, so all jobs within that route will be downloaded to the device.
