How can I change my Failure Codes?

When a mobile worker is marking a job as Failed, they will be asked to select a Failure Code from a list.

Only the support team can edit these codes as they are built into the jobs workflow themselves. If you require any failure code changes [raise a service request] and this will be done for you.
