There could be a few reasons as to why you are unable to log in. They include:
- Incorrect Username
- Incorrect Password
- No connectivity and no stored credentials to force offline login.
- Already logged into another device
The username and vehicle registration are not case sensitive but the password is case sensitive. To have stored credentials the user must have successfully logged into the device before.
