How do I add a Fault on Gas Safe?

After going through Job assessment and adding appliances to the gas safe job , the user can report any faults.

On the faults screen there should be a button to add fault. When selected the New Fault screen will appear. The user can then note details of the fault, work carried out to rectify the fault, whether a warning notice was issued and also if a warning tag was issued. Once saved this will show on the faults screen on the android application.
