How do I record the customers satisfaction for a job?

When a job is completed you will be taken to the customer satisfaction screen. Here the customer can rate their satisfaction of a job by selecting the star rating out of 5. The satisfaction feature needs to be enabled to do this - please contact Support to get this enabled.
